I'm relatively certain you've probably seen that skintone, and I'm not sure if it fits the anatomically correct criteria. The most matte skin I've seen for download is probably Aphroditeisimmoral's Albino skintone - but it's also very stylized. The same would apply for any skintones based on these textures. I remember M.Calero's skins being relatively matte, but meant primarily for light to medium skintones - Apple, Strawberry and Mandarin. It also sounds like you have quite the skin collection, so I'm not sure I can recommend anything you haven't seen! The skinblends tend to use the same bases, and thus share a lot of similarities. Not that many (entirely) new skins are put up for download for TS3 these days, so if you follow Sssvitlans or any other CC Finds blog, I feel like you've likely caught the bulk of them.
